Speaker Ready Room

The Speaker Ready Room is located in Room 2014 at the Moscone West Convention Center. All speakers (excluding Workshop and SIG presenters) are required to check in at the PAS Speaker Ready Room at least 24 hours in advance of the session. This will allow you time to ensure compatibility, prepare, rehearse, and finalize your presentation before you submit it to the attendant in the Speaker Ready Room. 

PC computers are available for last-minute needs with Powerpoint presentations. An attendant is available to help and answer any questions.

Any speaker materials left in meeting rooms after a presentation will be turned into the Speaker Ready Room until the end of the meeting. Please arrange to pick up your disks or CDs before leaving the meeting.
