Dear Prospective Exhibitor:
The Pediatric Academic Societies (PAS)—the American Pediatric Society, Society for Pediatric Research and the Ambulatory Pediatric Association— are pleased to welcome the American Academy of Pediatrics into partnership beginning in 2005. We invite you to exhibit at the 2005 PAS Annual Meeting to be held in Washington, DC, May 14–17. The PAS also welcomes the American Society of Pediatric Nephrology (ASPN), the Lawson Wilkins Pediatric Endocrine Society (LWPES) and the American Society of Pediatric Hematology/Oncology (ASPH/O) to the PAS meeting who will meet concurrently with joint programming and exhibits with the PAS in the Washington Convention Center.
The PAS Annual Meeting is the largest, most prestigious meeting dedicated to pediatric research and education in the world and brings together physicians with expertise in all areas of pediatrics. PAS expects over 6,500 pediatric health care providers, which will give you the opportunity to reach the decision makers from major medical schools, institutes and private practice. The 2005 PAS Program Committee has organized another outstanding scientific program this year to serve the needs of every subspecialist, generalist and community-based pediatrician.
The PAS Technical Exposition will take place in the Washington Convention Center. The exhibits are designed to inform attendees about available products and services. This four-day meeting is considered the ideal international setting for the dissemination of the latest clinical and basic research finds, education, state-of-the-art reviews and networking opportunities.
The PAS values the educational contribution made by its exhibiting companies, and our goal is to make the 2005 PAS Annual Meeting the most successful meeting ever. The PAS exhibits continue to increase each year and space will go quickly. You are encouraged to submit your application and reserve your company’s space as soon as possible to ensure your participation in this meeting. You are also invited to take advantage of the sponsorship opportunities listed on pages 10 & 11. PAS welcomes additional sponsorship ideas as well.
Taking advantage of this unique opportunity will not only allow you to meet the major decision makers in pediatrics, but the future decision makers as well. Don’t miss this chance to be visible to the clinical, research and teaching communities in pediatrics. Send your Exhibit Space Contract in today.
See you in Washington, DC!
