for 2005: The PAS Meeting Registration Fee
includes the CME services, and the abstracts will be
published to CD and available free of charge.

Individuals who
register by April 15, 2005 (11:59pm, CST) will receive their
badge and program guide via first class mail by May 10,
2005 (unless otherwise notified, owing to postal
restrictions to your country).
