This one-hour session will offer Hatha yoga to both beginner and intermediate practitioners of yoga. Hatha yoga is a form of yogic exercise that emphasizes specific postures in combination with controlled breathing. This class will focus on postures that help to cultivate concentration, balance, strength, and flexibility.

The class will be limited to the first 20 people that arrive to class to ensure that everyone receives individualized attention. It is recommended that participants be familiar with some yoga basics and be in good overall health.
