MEETING
TRANSPORTATION
Taxi/Shuttle
Transportation
There are
three major airports in the Capital Region; all are within 35
miles of Washington, DC: Reagan National, Dulles International,
and Baltimore-Washington International. Shuttle vans and taxis
will take you between downtown Washington and all three airports.
Amtrak train service is available between Baltimore-Washington
Airport and Washington, DC. Duration times range from 30 minutes
to 1 hour, and fees range from $12 to $35.
Hotels
to Convention Center
A
complimentary shuttle service between most official
hotels and the convention center is provided on Saturday, May 14
through Tuesday, May 17. Saturday and Sunday service begins at
7:00am. Monday and Tuesdays service begins at 6:30am. Shuttle
service between hotels is available Saturday and Sunday evenings
for social events. The schedule, routes and boarding locations are
available at the hotels and at the PAS Information Desk in the
Grand Lobby, WCC.

Washington, DC
Metrorail
provides a safe, clean and efficient way of getting
around Washington, DC. Train lines are named for
colors: Red, yellow, blue, green, and orange. Station
entrances are marked by brown pylons, capped with the
letter "M" and colored stripes indicate
which lines are available. For further information,

The Washington
Convention Center has direct access from the Yellow
Line (Mt. Vernon Square/Washington Convention Center).

RESERVATIONS
Convention
Concierge, Inc./Dining DC is an on-site restaurant
information and reservation service, featuring full
menus for browsing, individual restaurant literature,
brochures and pamphlets on local areas of interest,
nightclubs, entertainment and shopping areas.
Knowledgeable, friendly, local staff will recommend,
refer and secure reservations and offer information
about the Washington area. Hours of operation:

CHILD
CARE ARRANGEMENTS & REGISTRATION
Take advantage of
the PAS Child Care service provided by KiddieCorp,
which will be held a the Grand Hyatt Washington.
KiddieCorp provides a safe environment with
developmentally appropriate programs for children ages
6 months to 12 years. Rates are $25.00 per day per
child. Inquire at the PAS Information Desk, located in
the Grand Lobby East at the Washington Convention
