Press Office

Located in room 710. All media should report to the Press Office upon initial arrival. Media representatives, including television crews and reporters, must present working credentials and register in the media office in order to obtain a press pass, which is required for admission to any part of the scientific program and exhibition. Participants in the scientific program are encouraged to contact the Press Office when interviews or information are requested by any media outlet. Contact the Press Office at 416-585-3892 or fax to 416-585-3894. Press hours are Saturday, May 5 through Monday, May 7 from 8:00 am-5:00pm and Tuesday, May 8 from 8:00am-3:00pm.
