Travel Tips for PAS Meeting Attendees

Electronic tickets are valid and permitted under the new airport security requirements, however the FAA requires that travelers hold one of the following boarding documents to get past security: a receipt for an electronic ticket, an itinerary generated by the airline or travel agency confirming an electronic ticket, a boarding pass or a paper ticket. Only ticketed passengers are allowed in the gate areas.

Airport Express

The exclusive motorcoach service connecting Pearson International Airport to Downtown Toronto! Getting Around Toronto

Toronto Pearson International Airport lies just 27 kms or 16 miles from downtown Toronto. Approximate time to downtown ranges from 30 to 45 minutes. Shuttle Service
(Hotels–Convention Center)

A complimentary shuttle will run between most participating hotels and the convention center during the hours of scheduled programming. Shuttle service will be available for some evening activities. A shuttle schedule will be posted at official PAS hotels and in the registration area of the convention center.
