Meeting Attendees |
Electronic tickets are valid and permitted
under the new airport security requirements,
however the FAA requires that travelers hold
one of the following boarding documents to
get past security: a receipt for an
electronic ticket, an itinerary generated by
the airline or travel agency confirming an
electronic ticket, a boarding pass or a
paper ticket. Only ticketed passengers are
allowed in the gate areas.

Shuttle Service
(Hotels–Convention Center) |

A complimentary
shuttle will run between most
participating hotels and the convention
center during the hours of scheduled
programming. Shuttle service will be
available for some evening activities. A
shuttle schedule will be posted at
official PAS hotels and in the
registration area of the convention
center.
