It
is apparent that many planning on
attending PAS, APPD and/or any of
the other alliance programs are
booking extended stays. This has
far exceeded our original
estimation. We ARE immediately
adding hotels rooms on the front and
back ends of the main meeting dates
of May 3 - 6 to absorb this special
need. The hotels are all offering
additional rooms for us, and it will
take a couple of days to get these
uploaded into the system. Please
don't hesitate to waitlist yourself
if that is an option. We expect
this to smooth out. We have over
3000 hotel rooms over the main dates
of the meetings, but less rooms on
the outer dates (the same as we
always have). There are rooms and
we are adjusting to the different
trend/pattern that is becoming
apparent.
