The deadline
for securing housing arrangements through the PAS Travel Agency is here.
There is still availability and many of the hotels at our group rates.
However, the procedures to secure and/or change accommodations changes as
the hotels regain control over their inventory.
All other official PAS hotels will now take reservations directly.
Procedures are as follows:
- Ask for the hotel's
INTERNAL RESERVATIONS STAFF
- Call during Hawaii's normal business
hours between 8am-5pm (UTC/GMT)
- A
availability at each hotels differs based on your particular pattern of
travel or other accommodation needs. You will need to call the hotel of
interest to you to determine if that hotel can accommodate you. Please
refer to the list of Official PAS
Hotels for contact information. You can make direct reservations at
this time.
- Inform
them you are with the "pediatric convention" to obtain our group rates. IF
that hotel still has rooms, they may be able to provide a reservation at our
rate. (No Guarantees)
For those with
existing reservations, the procedures are:
- The hotels are in the process of
uploading the reservations from the housing bureau now.
- Attendees will need to WAIT until April
4th and then can call their hotel directly to make changes to their
reservations.

information.

The
following hotels listed
here will be the
official PAS participating hotels
for the 2008 PAS Annual Meeting in
Hawaii. The range of rates offered
at each hotel reflect the type of
room. PAS will offers rooms in
several types of rooms (mountain
view, partial ocean view and full
ocean view). These rates are only
available through the PAS Housing
Bureau. You will cannot receive
these rates if you contact the
hotels directly. These rates are
only generally applicable over the
PAS and PAS alliance dates.
Individuals who wish to make
arrangements for pre and post
packages are invited to contact
MC&A Inc.
who are offering packages for
recreational activities on Oahu and
pre and post packages on other
islands. Please

& Locator Map for more
details.

We
need your help!
Please
support PAS by booking your reservations under
the PAS room block requesting an official PAS
designated hotel. Accommodations reserved
outside the PAS housing block may seem less
expensive but in reality you jeopardize benefits
you enjoy as a PAS attendee: Complimentary meeting space
for committees, social activities, and alliance
and club activities.
Our ability to track and
document our actual needs for future planning. On your
behalf, the PAS signs hotel contracts. If we
don’t fill our block, PAS pays penalty fees. If
PAS pays penalty fees, you, the attendee will
experience higher registration fees or
jeopardize the space for the program you value
in the future.
