UPDATE |
The deadline
for securing housing
arrangements through the PAS
Travel Agency is here.
There is still availability and
many of the hotels at our group
rates. However, the procedures
to secure and/or change
accommodations changes as the
hotels regain control over their
inventory.
All other official PAS hotels
will now take reservations
directly.
Procedures are as follows:

A availability at each hotels
differs based on your particular
pattern of travel or other
accommodation needs. You will
need to call the hotel of
interest to you to determine if
that hotel can accommodate you.
Please refer to the list of
Official PAS Hotels for
contact information. You can
make direct reservations at this
time.

Inform them you are with the
"pediatric convention" to obtain
our group rates. IF that hotel
still has rooms, they should be
able to gain a reservation.
For
those with existing
reservations, the procedures
are:

The hotels are in the process of
uploading the reservations from
the housing bureau now.

Attendees will need to WAIT
until April 4th and then can
call their hotel directly to
make changes to their
reservations.
