This session is intended to help Junior Faculty in Pediatric Gastroenterology and trainees considering careers in academic Pediatric Gastroenterology or Hepatology to understand potential career options within the field. Attention will focus on attributes that can lead to success in Clinical, Research, and administrative roles, and considerations at different points of ones career.
