| Application of improvement science effectively can narrow the current gap that exists between knowledge of what needs to done and having that knowledge applied effectively for the right patient at the right time in the right way. The session will provide opportunities for candid and clear discussions of how to address the gap, the use of systems thinking and reliability science and the role of clinical leaders to lead the change.
