Target Audience: Scientists and clinicians with an interest in global childhood health issues and in the process of implementing programs for the improvement of child health in developing countries.
 
Objective: - Understand the need for collaborative programs which can apply known treatments to children in need.

Each year millions of children die from disease in developing countries for which potential treatment exists. This session will discuss implementation: why, when and how information developed in one setting can be used to save children[apos]s lives in another setting.
