3. RENAISSANCE PARC 55 HOTEL

Located two blocks from Union Square across the street from San Francisco Shopping Centre (Nordstroms), historic cable cars, and Bay Area Rapid Transit. Guestrooms are equipped with hair dryer, iron/board, makeup mirror, spectacular views, fresh air vents, voice mail and data ports. Restaurants include California and Japanese cuisine and two lounges, And room service. A full health club and business service center.

4. SHERATON PALACE

(3 blocks from Center). Shuttle service to be provided. 250 total rooms available. Located just a short walk from Moscone Center, Union Square, and the Financial District. Guestrooms include hair dryer, iron/board, personal safe, refrigerator, multiple telephones, and data ports. Twice daily housekeeping and evening turn-down, daily newspaper, and valet parking. Health spa with exercise room, sauna, whirlpool and skylit indoor lap pool. Dining offers elaborate, Japanese, or a casual restaurant.

5. KING GEORGE HOTEL

(3 blocks from Center). Shuttle service provided from larger nearby hotel. 100 total rooms available. The King George is a boutique hotel first opened in 1914 and completely restored. The hotel is located in the heart of downtown, just one block from Union Square. Guestrooms include full private bath, hair dryer, iron/board, voice mail, phones with modem capabilities, in room movies and in room safe. Concierge and bellman services and 24 hour room service. Windsor Tearoom serves Continental breakfast daily and traditional English High Tea. Health club privileges available.

Meeting Shuttle A meeting shuttle will service all hotels throughout the day (begins at 7:00 am and into some evening hours.) Schedules will be available at each hotel. Shuttle service will be available for some evening activities at the Hilton to other meeting hotels. All hotel rates include a $4.00 fee per room per night for meeting shuttle service.

MAKE YOUR RESERVATIONS EARLY TO ASSURE AVAILABILITY OF PREFERRED ACCOMMODATIONS

All reservation forms must be received by March 25, 1999. Convention rates will not be guaranteed after the reservation deadline. Hotel room assignments will be made in order of receipt with preference to PAS ’99.

*A $4.00 per night fee is included with hotel rates to support the PAS meeting shuttle
*Executive rooms and suites are available at additional charge
*Deposit required ($150 per room, $300/$450 per suite)
*Cancellation/Penalty for "no-shows", late cancellation - 72 hours or less from date of expected arrival (see reservation form)
*For any cancellation up to 72 hours before arrival date, the deposit will be returned less $15.50 processing fee
*Any cancellation made within 72 hours of the arrival date will result in the forfeit of the full deposit

HOUSING GUIDELINES
Reservations: All reservations are being coordinated by the San Francisco Convention Bureau. Arrangements for accommodations must be made through the Housing Bureau and NOT with the hotel directly. All reservations will be processed by mail, toll free phone and fax with separate phone and fax numbers for International Attendees. To reserve a room, use the housing form. Hours of operation are 8:00 am - 5:00 pm CST.

Note: The maximum number of rooms you can reserve is 10 rooms per hotel without approval from PAS management
