ASSOCIATION TRAVEL CONCEPTS (ATC) has been selected as the official travel agency for the Pediatric Academic Societies’ Annual Meeting in San Francisco, May 1-4, 1999.
As the official agency, ATC has negotiated discounts with United Airlines, Delta Air Lines, and Alamo Rent A Car, Inc. to bring you special rates that are lower than those available to the public. By calling ATC, you will receive 10 - 15% off United or Delta Air Lines’ tickets purchased more than 60 days prior to the meeting. For tickets purchased less than 60 days prior, the discounts will be 5 to 10% off the lowest available fares. ATC will also search for the lowest available fare on ANY airline serving the San Francisco, Oakland or San Jose airports. Some restrictions may apply.

Airport Shuttle SFO Airporter Service at SFO Airporter / Union Square & Financial District hotels |

WHERE: Full and mini-size motorcoaches pick up on the lower level of the Airport outside the baggage claim area on the center island. Look for the blue posts, "Scheduled Transportation".
How It works: SFO Airporter runs two separate routes. During the Spring months, each route operates every 15 minutes from SFO Airport and the hotels. No reservations are required.
Route One/Union Square (mini-bus) services the San Francisco Hilton , Sheraton Palace, and Parc 55.
Route Two/Downtown (full-size coach) services the San Francisco Hilton, Grand Hyatt, Sheraton Palace, and Parc 55.
When: SFO Airporter routes pick up from downtown San Francisco every 15 minutes operating from 5:00 am until 11:05 pm. Our first bus departs SFO Airport at 6:20 am the last bus departs SFO Airport at 12:00 am.

Meeting Shuttle A meeting shuttle will service all hotels throughout the day (begins at 7:00 am and into some evening hours). Schedules will be available at each hotel. Shuttle service will be available for some evening activities at the Hilton to other meeting hotels. All
