Registration Fees and Information
Registrations Received after April 5th will be returned—No Exceptions. After April 5th, all individuals will be required to register on-site and pay on-site fees.

Registration allows admittance to all PAS/AAP scientific session programs and the technical exhibits. Educational Seminars, Workshops and Special Interest Groups are ticketed events and require no fee but pre-enrollment is essential. Refer to the meeting registration form for information on how to register for tickets.

The PAS/AAP Meeting Registration Fee includes the pocket program, and Abstracts-on-Disk®. The bound abstract proceedings (Pediatric Research) and CME are available at additional fees. Individuals who register by April 5, 2000 will receive their badge, pocket program and Abstracts-on-Disk® and tickets for abstract proceedings via first class mail by April 27, 2000.

Family Registration
Family registration is limited to non-doctoral spouses, significant others, children over 16 or other family members. Children under the age of 16 years of age who are accompanying a registrant will be admitted without charge. The Family Registration Fee of $30 registers your family member for admission to the Exhibit Hall and other meeting program presentations. Family registration is available only at the On-Site registration counter. Attendance at ticketed events, CME credits and pocket programs are not available to persons registered in this category.

Cancellation/Refund Policy
Cancellation requests must be received by April 14, 2000 or no refund will be issued. A 20% administrative processing fee will be withheld from ALL cancellations and duplicate registrations received prior to April 14, 2000. No refunds will be issued after April 14, 2000.
Educational Seminars, Workshops and Special Interest Groups Ticketed Events
Workshops and Special Interest Groups are open to all attendees at no additional charge, however, pre-enrollment is essential. Tickets for Educational Seminars, Workshops and Special Interest Groups are limited and will be issued on a first-come, first-served basis. Please indicate on the Advance Meeting Registration Form your second and third preferences for other sessions offered at the same time as your first choice. Registration personnel will do their best to accommodate all requests.

Early registration is encouraged. Attendance is limited to 50-75 participants per session unless otherwise noted. Individuals will be notified by April 15th whether or not they can be placed. On-site registration is available only for sessions that do not fill.

Educational Seminars will be held at the Sheraton Copley Place (adjacent to the Hynes Convention Center). Workshops and Special Interest Groups will be held at the Hynes Convention Center. Special registration required.

Come to the Year 2000 Meeting prepared! To help plan your time at the meeting, you have access to all program information and abstracts by way of computer via a searchable CD-ROM. The program contains ALL APS, SPR, APA and AAP program information. You can create a personalized itinerary, search on areas of interest, tag important events, and resolve scheduling conflicts and print your itinerary. A practical aid to reading and reviewing abstracts – even those you do not get to see or hear.

Register by April 5th and receive a complimentary copy of the Program with Abstracts on Disk ® with your badge and pocket program before the meetings.
