• US$350.00 Submissions received prior to October 2, 2019
• US$450.00 Submissions received November 1, 2019 to March 2, 2020

Cancellations

• Space cancellations must be received by March 2, 2020.

• Cancellations received on or before March 2, 2020, will be removed from publication announcements. Note: Your assigned contact person is responsible for informing your event attendees of the cancellation.

• Cancellations received on or before March 2, 2020, for those sessions charged an administrative fee, will receive a full refund.
