international, advance and family registration, journal purchases
and general information are located on the 4th Floor, North Lobby
at the Washington State Convention and Trade Center at 800
Convention Place. Registration will operate during the following
hours:

Registering To Attend the PAS, ASPN, and/or LWPES |

PAS registration allows admittance to all PAS, ASPN, LWPES and ASPH/O (see ASPH/O Registration Procedures below) scientific session and the technical exhibits. The PAS Meeting registration fee includes the Program Guide and Abstracts-on-DiskTM. Individuals who pre-register will reveive their badge, Program Guide and tickets for abstract proceedings via first class mail by April 21, 2003. The bound abstract proceedings (Pediatric Research) and CME are NOT included in the registration fee and are available at additional fees. The PAS Meet the Professor Breakfast Sessions are ticketed events and require no fee, but pre-enrollment is essential. Attendance is limited to maintain the intimate interactive format. Only 25 tickets will be assigned to each of these special sessions. New Policy Workshops are small, interactive sessions, and attendance is limited. For the first time, advance registration and tickets are not required, and seating availability is on a first come, first served basis. *Notes Regarding Registering To Attend ASPH/O: If you are a member of APS, SPR or APA, please register for the PAS meeting. The PAS registration includes an option to indicate that you will attend the ASPH/O program (step 5A). You will be allowed access to the programming at the ASPH/O meeting at no additional registration fee with your PAS badge. If you are a member of ASPH/O or none of the above and/or a pediatric hematologist/oncologist and wish to attend the ASPH/O meeting, please register directly with ASPH/O. The ASPH/O registration form includes an option to indicate that you will attend the PAS programming. Your registration will be forwarded to PAS, and you will be entitled to attend the ASPH/O program, the joint programming and the PAS program offerings with your ASPH/O badge at no additional registration fee or process. If registered
through ASPH/O, CME credit for the ASPH/O program is included in
your registration fees. However, if CME credit hours are desired
for any and all programming hosted at the Washington State
Convention and Trade Center, a PAS-assessed CME processing fee
is required. You will need to pay this additional fee at the
Registration counter in the Washington State Convention and
Trade Center at the Meeting. |
