What do I get with On Demand Only Registration? PAS 2023 On Demand will include several live stream abstracts and/or Scholarly Sessions per day during the live meeting dates as well as On Demand access to all pre-recorded abstracts, posters, and up to 5 Scholarly Sessions. On-Demand content will be available beginning May 2 – August 1, 2023, and will include the opportunity for 40 CME credits.

REGISTRATION INFORMATION

**ONSITE REGISTRATION NOTICE:   Onsite registration kiosks will not be provided at PAS 2023. You must register prior to arrival in Washington, D.C. You can register easily on your computer or smartphone.

REGISTRATION CANCELATION
All Registrations (In Person + On Demand & On Demand + Live Stream) may be canceled through March 15, 11:59 pm CT. Cancelation is not permitted beginning March 16, 2023. The original registration fee, less a 20% administration fee, will be refunded. This administration fee is waived for Trainees.

WHAT HAPPENS IF I CANCEL AFTER MARCH 15, 2023?
If you are a registered attendee for the live meeting in Washington, D.C. and you discover you are unable to attend the onsite PAS Meeting after the March 15, 2023 cancelation date, we will switch you to an ON-Demand Only + Live Stream registration and no refund will be applied. You will be able to view 10 Live Stream sessions during the PAS Meeting and have full access to all On Demand content beginning Tuesday, May 2 – Monday, August 1, 2023.

REGISTRATION UPGRADE 
An On Demand Only registration may be upgraded to In Person + On Demand at any time by contacting info@pas-meeting.org.

PRE-CONFERENCE EVENTS
Ticketed events on Friday, April 28, 2023. You can add a Pre-Conference Event, during registration. Please note additional fees for each event apply. See all Pre-Conference Events.

SPECIAL CONSIDERATIONS
Trainees are refunded in full and not charged the 20% admin fee.

REGISTRATION RECEIPTS
Registration receipts/confirmations will be emailed. Please reach out if you have any questions at info@pas-meeting.org.

BADGES
You may print your badge in the Walter E. Washington Convention Center or either Headquarter hotel.

TRANSFERRING REGISTRATIONS
Meeting registrations cannot be transferred to another person. If the registrant cannot attend the meeting for any reason, their registration must be canceled, and the replacement person must register for the meeting separately.

Family Registration

FAMILY ATTENDANCE
Family members are allowed to attend the PAS Meeting. Family registration allows attendance of the PAS on-site meeting, but On Demand and CME are not included. During registration, click on Add Options and add a family member for an additional $50. Children 16 and under can enter the meeting with an adult but must have a guest badge. Guest badges will be picked up onsite at the Registration desk. Please send your request to:info@pasmeeting.org.

FAMILY BADGES
Badges must be worn by each family member while on-site. Badges may be printed upon arrival at the Walter E. Washington Convention Center and either Headquarters hotel.

International Registration

VISA WAIVER PROGRAM AND ESTA AUTHORIZATION
Effective January 20, 2010, citizens of countries participating in the Visa Waiver Program may be unable to enter the U.S. without Electronic System for Travel Authorization (ESTA) approval from the U.S. government.

LETTER OF INVITATION
If you would like to request an invitation letter from PAS for your visa application, you must first register and pay in full for the meeting. To obtain a visa invitation letter, have your registration email ready and click below.

INTERNATIONAL PRESENTERS
All presenters selected to present at PAS 2023 will be required to attend the PAS Meeting and present live in Washington, D.C. Registration to the PAS Meeting is also required.

Special exceptions may be made for any country with continued COVID-19 travel bans in place. This would allow for an option to pre-record presentations to be played live during the PAS Meeting. Please contact info@pas-meeting.org. if you have been accepted as a presenter and reside in a country with a current COVID-19 travel ban.

Draft a PAS Advantage Letter to share with your department head

  • Focus on what you will bring back to your home institution (lab, department, academic institution, hospital, etc.).
  • Identify sessions that both strengthen your professional development AND support your university/hospital goals.
  • Target attendees and speakers, whom you are interested in creating future collaborations with.
  • Explore innovative technologies and products in workshops and on the exhibit floor that could be implemented when you return.
  • Attach the infographic for a quick snapshot of all aspects available to you if you attend.
  • Identify colleagues who have attended and visit with them about their experience.
  • Prepare a conference cost estimate with cost-saving strategies: register early, share a room, explore the best flight options and daily meal budget, etc.
  • Document key takeaways from the sessions and workshops you attend, as well as the posters and exhibits you visit.
